Warm-Up Combination

Slapping – Ba Gua Gymnastic – Turning combined

Is a method developed by Wilhelm Sumser, that relaxes our constant focus in the middle of our forehead. Thus the whole body, is reconnected entirely which makes you feel lighter and lively.
Warm-up Combi is the preparation for Chi Kung – Ba Gua – Kung Fu – Tai Chi and also has great utility as a training or preparation for energetic massages. The combination has a synergistic effect: it opens the pores, the joints and the acupuncture points, resulting in a retention in the organ, muscle and skeletal system. Balance stimulates the energy, blood and lymph flow in the body tissues. If your feet realize a living contact with the earth, the head and torso become lighter and the legs stronger. Though very dynamic, the exercises are designed for seniors. The effects are clearly felt, thus the Warm-up Combi has become the basis of all preparatory training systems for all ages.
